Omega Projects has partnered with Avanti Apartments for four years to complete numerous projects including: protective floor coatings, rope access painting and line marking projects. Avanti consists of two large residential and commercial towers. In May, we completed a project which included three large bin room areas, a loading dock, a carwash bay and a bike rack area.

 The complex itself has a four-level car park. The client request was three-fold, one: to create a more aesthetically pleasing space, two: to protect the substrate, which required increased durability, and three: installation of a drainage solution to the carwash bay preventing water ponding.

Our team coordinated with multiple stakeholders on the property to eliminate any disruption to operations. 

Diamond grinders were used to remove existing floor coatings and create the best profile to apply Omega 2K Epoxy Primer followed by Omega High-Build 2K Epoxy Floor Coatings. Our line marking crew returned a week later after a complete cure of the floor coatings to apply custom stencils and parking lines.
