This project came from an existing client who wanted to refresh the look of their commercial building property. Their faded façade required use of a highly specialised Building Maintenance Unit due to their access difficulties, whilst employing a membrane. Omega was chosen for its history of successfully delivering project goals despite significant access constraints. Our professional skilled team, alongside customised products and services, lead the project with our R&D team based in Sydney.

 

We recommended applying our APCO Waterproofing membrane, an ultra-premium, highly durable, and flexible membrane coating, formulated with new generation acrylic resins. This was chosen to provide a convenient and versatile long term solution to the client’s needs. The project was completed within three months, finalised in August 2020. 

Rhodes Corporate Park has quickly established itself as one of Sydney’s premier corporate addresses, attracting tenants including Nestlé, Unisys, National Australia Bank, and Frasers Property Australia. Rhodes Corporate Park provides over 90,000m² of office accommodation, as well as extensive on-site amenities including a gym, pool, childcare, café, car wash, and dry cleaning facilities.
