Omega Industries has given PaintOnline the green light to go live last week, it has been a long road and major milestone.

The concept was on paper for roughly five years, thrown out a few times, somehow it wiggled back into management discussions.

Omega’s submission to distribute various products online for a door to door service will be a test of how well the DIY market will accept a change in the transaction of paint purchases. currently stocks all Apco Coatings and Omega Paints product lines with the exception of a few specialised products.

“Although the paint industry is one of the few markets that hasn’t been effected by the digital world, we plan on changing the game. Toy Factory Team Building

There has recently been a global spotlight on refugees and asylum seekers. Regardless, of what side of the argument people are on, children shouldn’t feel outcasted and they also should not be involved in a political debate.

Omega Industries were involved in a team building exercise which involved toy building activities. The toys built were then donated to Fairfield Public School where many refugee children are enrolled. It was an enjoyable half-day exercise watching grown men struggle with building blocks.

The toy building teams were made up of a mixture of our staff from all our various departments including the office, sales, laboratory, production, painters and senior management. It also enables our people to work together who are usually are far separated in a day to day activities.

XL Events successfully ran the program and a representative from Fairfield Public School was delighted to accept the gifts from Omega Industries.
