As part of a five year painting arrangement with NSW TAFE, Omega Industries are the preferred commercial painting supplier to multiple TAFE sites in NSW.
The showcased project highlights various areas of the Wetherill Park TAFE painting refurbishment. Six Omega commercial painters were onsite during the holiday period to undertake difficult reach access painting, render repairs and colour matching colours to ensure corporate brand consistency.
Omega Industries have been on the contractor panel for commercial painting works since 2014.
Omega Industries is on the panel of preferred Sydney commercial painting contractors for CBRE. In 2015, the iconic 24 York St in Sydney CBD needed a freshen up with repairs and repainting of the exterior timber windows.
In order to avoid the heavy traffic flow on the foot path and the operating restaurant, Omega Industries tactfully planned work schedules around the restaurants opening hours and using our abseiling crew to complete the works.
Works required our three abseil painters and one spotter to complete window repairs, sanding, and repainting of seven storeys. CBRE was delighted that the works were completed within budget and ahead of the projected timeline.
One of Omega’s commercial construction partners contracted a night shift painting crew to complete the new fitout works at Mcdonald’s. The works were a major success and met quality, cost and time standards.
Omega Industries were able to match the Mcdonald’s yellow with our in-house spectrophotometer to a 99.5% match. That we ensure the colours we produce are consistent and represent our client’s image in multiple locations as a uniform front.
The works involved four Omega painters and two abseilers to reach difficult areas safely.
